. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is being taught a a gentle form of low impact exercise for adults ages 18 & older.
Practicing Tai Chi helps to support general mental and physical wll being. It helps ;to improve lower body strength, balance and flexibility. Its slow flowing movements help to calm the mind and reduce the stress and tension from everyday life.
Classes are on Tuesdays
at 7:30 pm at the Goslin Nature Education Center located at Alley Park. To enroll, contact Lancaster Parks & Recreation at 687-6651. The cost is $25 for the 6 week class. Wear loose comfortable clothes.
